Very typical video interview process, asked many technical questions , but it seems the HR organization and hiring department has disconnections, when everything goes smoothly , HR jumped in and saying the company decided to freeze all hirings.

The interview process was smooth and took about four weeks. There were three interview rounds. Communication was clear throughout, and the entire process was well-organized and professionally handled. Overall experience was great.

They asked about my experience and long-term goals. They also included a few questions based on my assessment test. Additionally they took time to explain the company's work environment, Culture and discussed benefits.

Entretien
Overall the interview process was pretty standard and they tried to really get to know me as a candidate. I recommend doing some research on Garney in order to have more of a conversation rather than typical question and answer.
