Each job Garney posts (that I have seen) contain the name and contact information for the hiring manager. I had questions about the role and reached out prior to applying - received no reply. I reached out again, only to be told that by the hiring manager that they received a lot of emails and that they weren't going to be answering any questions prior to a first-round screen. I replied, thanked them, and applied for the role at the end of October, I logged in to their system today (11/15) only to see that I was no longer in consideration as of 11/4.
