J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Garner Health Technology
Entretien
Heard about Garner from an external recruiter, spent 30 minutes learning about the role. Had a 30 minute interview with a team member later that week and asked to instead be considered for the data scientist role since it better fit my background. The team was open to it and sent me a case study to be completed within a 48hr window.
Reviewed the case study in an hour long interview and got positive feedback on my approach. Did three one-hour interviews back to back and got an automated rejection email two days later.
They don't do a great job of emphasizing their culture upfront, so be prepared to invest 5hrs + a case study before learning you may not be a good fit.

Not too difficult at first glance, was mainly about how to measure/rank doctor performance based on different sample size of patient outcomes for each doctor. There seemed to be an emphasis on recommending other external data to use besides just the doctors sample performance which, I believe, is the reason I didn’t make it to the next round as I did not catch on to this quick enough.

Recruiter Screen felt rushed, first round was a stats quiz where you only need to know about sample sizes. Second round consisted of a case study + coding interview. The case study felt wildly unfair because they asked a questions directly about their product. You would actually need inside knowledge about their product to actually pass.
