Very slow process which makes me wonder if they are in a hiring freeze now. After two one-on-one interviews and a separate group interview, and generally feeling good about how things went, I waited almost 8 months for any word at all. Then HR sent a vague e-mail saying Garmin was unable to offer me employment at this time.

The application was simple and straight forward. They were fast to email me back to say they could not offer me a position. They didn't ask any extra questions on the application.

Entretien
Review process consisted of initial phone screening followed by in depth phone interview. The next step is a face to face interview where group interview and skills test are administered. College transcripts are requested but not discussed at interview. The process has many gaps in between each step. A template email indicating company cannot extend an offer is sent. This is very vague. Since all qualifications were met and no information about hiring another candidate was shared, any areas where skills do not match or personality does not match remain a mystery.
