I waited in a video queue at a virtual job fair until I was able to speak to a representative to evaluate my eligibility. From there he proceeded to ask me a series of algorithm related questions regarding C++.

What big O notation used to describe.
The time complexities for different algorithms.
I was told the loop process of a snippet of code and asked what the time complexity would be.
Phone screen was a common tell me about yourself and why Garmin. They didn't ask any follow ups on your answered and seemed to just run through the list of the questions they had.

I had 1hr behavioral Interview and 1hr technical interview. Behavioral interview was about how I got to know the company, why should the company hire me, and what kind of research experience I had.

Process took about a month. Recruiter was slow getting back to me but interview process was alright. The interviewers were friendly and mainly focused on problem solving and how you think through your code.
