Interview process was very laid back, more of a conversation than an interview. The office manager was very knowledgeable and informative. Not much room for negotiation. I have concerns of not being given the shifts promised to me based on past employee reviews. I was not given the opportunity to shadow or speak with any of the current PAs working there to ask about their experience.

The interview was virtual and involved some of the standard interview questions, but the majority of the time was spent describing the clinics and their mission. Overall, a simple process.
