J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez GardaWorld (Toronto, ON) en juin 2018

My original review was written before I received an email after completing the test. Despite successfully going through the 3 hour process, displaying a history of client facing customer service experience, answering "yes" to all their pre requisite questions and having a great short interview ... I received an email that they will not be moving forward. Complete and utter waste of my time. I was getting skepticism about gardaworld just based on employee reviews I've been reading the last week and it appears the decision not to work for them was right. Gardaworld will not receive another application from me again.
I was emailed an invite to take part in a 2.5 hour test and interview. What has been explained through the many contributions here is very accurate. Read through it all and you will get a good idea of what to expect. You cannot study or prepare for this really. All staff were very friendly, non-intimidating and accommodating. Arrive early - I was 30 minutes early and the line up was out the door practically.
1. Object Recognition Test - find a gun, grenade or knife. I found this to be challenging. Most people did. There were over 200 people who came for this and after this test only 12 of us were left. As many others mentioned - get a seat near the front! You only have 20 seconds to identify an item and need to look thoroughly.
2. Aptitude Test - this was easy. Again something you cannot (and really you shouldn't have to) study for. Simple english, math and logic questions with some pattern sequencing. You have an hour - I was done in 25 minutes. As I had time to spare, I went back and double checked my work.
3. Pre-Interview - 3 minutes - just want to know your availability (can you work 24/7 and do you have reliable transportation).
4. Interview - about 10 minutes. More in-depth questions related to your qualities, skills and experience. Submit resume and references along with ID. My interviewer was super friendly and funny.
After all that you're given some forms to sign (consent to background check) and a medical form and told to hold onto it and you will be contacted by email. You are not told you're hired (and from what I've read on here some individuals made it through all tests/interviews only to receive an email saying they weren't being hired). I was not told when to expect an email but I've read it can take 4-6 months to have background checks done.
Some users here also mentioned they were called for a second interview. None of that was mentioned and I assumed the longer of the 2 interviews was in lieu of that.
Another user mentioned they paid for parking. Parking is FREE.
My only complaint in this whole process is there was no one to ask questions to about the job.

Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it

Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.

Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
