J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez GardaWorld

The first stage was object recognition test, you need to identify knife, gun or grenade in the bag. If you are successful at this stage you are automatically going for a second 1 hour test. This test is basic English, grammar , maths and so on. If you are successful at both stages you are invited for the interview. I completed all three stages. Nothing difficult just common sense.

Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
