Very simple interview. They asked you basic questions about your work background and wanted to make sure you could hold a conversation with customers. Only asked about 3-4 questions which were based off your resume.

Great experience with the interviewer. Loved the process and the people I interacted with. Very kind people who were fair and understanding. The process was very easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend

Zoom call with various questions and an overview of my resume and general questions about my resume and experience, followed by an in-call offer and orientation details. The entire call lasted about thirty minutes and was very simple.
