The interview starts off with an in person scheduled meeting where one of the managers asks you an assortment of typical screening style questions, followed by situational questions and then ended off with outfits

For the screening, typical questions. For the situational they asked about how to handle specific scenarios with customers and how you would handle them. The outfit questions were detail oriented where the manager would talk about a potential customers age, weather they were going to wear the clothes, etc. and you would give a few options with the available clothing.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
