J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gap (Tinton Falls, NJ) en avr. 2010
Entretien
I did some cursory research on the company & saw they had good career opportunities & upward mobility. I made it clear that I was looking for a career, not a job, & that I would be willing to put in my time in order to advance with the company. That seemed to go over well. From my first day on the job, I was approached by the managers & asked about my career plans. They were very supportive about moving me up as quickly as possible.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
