J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gap (Houston, TX) en août 2012
Entretien
I applied online back in July 2012 for a part time sales associate position on Gap Inc. I got a phone call the first week of August to come in for an interview. The interviewing process went pretty well considering the fact that I was late and I had the manager waiting as well as another individual. ( Not a good first impression) It was a group interview and they no longer do individual interviews. The hiring manager was nice and friendly and as questions such as: "tell me a little about yourself", "why gap", "how would you describe the word wardrobe", "tell me about a time when you had an experience with a customer." The manager then explained to us if we got a call back it would be to tell us whether we got a job and to come in to finalize paper work. Before the manager let us go he told us to go back into the store and sell him outfit for a girl who was going to a fancy restaurant on her first date and to keep in mind it was still summer time. She had a a skirt but needed help on the rest of the outfit. AN IMPORTANT TIP IS TOO GET FIVE ITEMS, THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS UNTIL THEY COUNT HOW MANY ITEMS YOU GOT. A week later I got a phone call and I got the job. This my first job so apply if your hesitant to do so because you don't necessary need experience to get the job. I hope this is helpful and Good luck guys!! :)

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
