I interviewed with GAP and had a positive initial conversation, but unfortunately the recruiter stopped responding after I followed up. It’s disappointing to invest time preparing and interviewing without any closure or feedback. Professional communication—even a simple update—goes a long way in leaving a good impression, and I didn’t experience that here.

Phone interview with recruiter, then with hiring manager, finally on site with 5 others. It took forever to schedule the interviews mostly because interviewers were on PTO and the recruiter was slow to respond.They were unclear about the level of experience they wanted, so I did not get an offer.
