I was contacted by their HR who told me that they have found my resume and were interested in potential working relationship. I had to pass an online test for which I was given 3 hours. The questions were about C++, 3D linear algebra, physics and shaders with a few brainteasers. After I successfully passed the test they invited me to the next on-site interview in Kharkov. There were two test tasks to complete: find and fix a bug and solve a combination of two NP-complete problems. I had four hours for all that. I could not solve the latter, and they told me they would contact me a few days later, but they never did.

Starts with a live-call with HR, just to test your English communication and personality assessment. And then some get-home technical assignments in C++. If you pass, you get to meet the team.
