The first interview was a panel interview. They interviewed every position at the same time ie.: part time team members, assistant managers, store managers, and district managers in training. Everyone was asked the same questions and the order we answered questions varied. There was a variety of ages interviewing...I was probably overdressed!! It took about 2 weeks before I was contacted for a second interview by the District Manger. It was very informal...at a local Starbucks. The interview lasted for almost 2.5 hours...we had a very good conversation. About a week later I was contacted by the Regional Manager and we set up an early am interview time. She allowed me to basically interview her and then we chatted about my professional experiences and SALARY. They deifinitely have a laid back culture. They are in the midst of diversifying their upper store management to ensure their workforce reflects their customer base. Make sure you do your research if you are not a HARDCORE GAMER!

Two interviews on zoom. One with store manager of different location, one with district manager. Was told after second interview I would have the job and would call me back with additional details. Never heard from them again.
