There was one phone interview followed by a Codility challenge. Afterwards there were 3 rounds of interview questions on-site. The first one was about understanding some multi-threaded python code, then a betting/arbitrage situation and finally some functional programming / algorithms questions. I would say the programming interviews were not particularly hard, but the betting questions may be problematic if you don't have the needed mathematic background. People were very friendly all along even when things didn't turn out so well.

Technical phone screen, pretty cold interviewers. Onsite with 2 technical rounds then meeting the CTO: - big red flags: very cold & unfriendly atmosphere within the technical team, no time to properly discuss interviewee's background and show some social attitude, very bad technical interviewing skills (compared to *literally any* Bay Area tech company), didn't propose at any single time how to help for the travel from another country to the onsite. - positive aspects: people seem very autonomous and smart Advice to the Gambit Research: this is not how you convince people from top tech companies to join your company. Advice to interviewers: stay away, go interview to Uber/Apple/Google/Facebook/Netflix/Amazon/Lyft... instead and don't lose your time there.
