But the recruiter very slowly followed up the procedure and didn't reply an email lots of time, so I had to send follow up email several times

4 part process, HR Screen, Hiring Manger Screen, Technical Interview, Test Lesson Interview. HR responded very quickly, however, this was a 4-part interview process. Interviews shouldn't be more than 2 step processes. If you get rejected after 4 steps, after you put a significant amount of time into a presentation (test lesson) without any compensation, it sucks.
