phone interviews are typical of gallup hiring process - questions that do not provide context to see how interviewees will respond. Long process with uncommunicative and unavailable hiring manager. Little effort to provide context and transparency about role. Little attempt to connect you with people you will actually work with.Seems like the talent/cultural profile fit is all that matters.
