      Entretien

I initially applied online for a Client Services role (which was filled a few days after applying). As mentioned by others, you complete an online assessment with your first application that is saves for all future roles. I then applied a week or so later to the Client Development role and by that afternoon had received an email that they wanted to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of a series of rapid fire questions (similar to the personality test) but by an interviewer. You were asked to provide a short explanation/answer and they would ask for any further details if needed. Within a week I received a response that I wasn't moving forward in the process. It was an interesting interview process to go through and scheduling was very easy/efficient. There isn't really a way to prep for this type of interview other than to answer honestly as best you can and let their "system" determine if you are a fit...

      Question 1

Some example questions were: - Would you prefer to work alone or with a team? - Are you harder on yourself or others? - Would you prefer to have a salesperson who is a high performer (makes lot of sales) but is terrible to work with or someone who makes less in sales but it a better part of the team. - Should a person's compensation be tied to their productivity?

First you have to do an online assessment and then if you pass you get a phone interview. Be prepared to answer the phone interview questions briefly. If they want to know more they will ask.

The application was pretty simple. However the telephone interview process was not like one i have had before. It was very robotic, the interviewer just reads questions as if its a script. little to no time noting down my responses.

i was asked question such as " who do you think pays you" how do u think workers should be compensated? when in you life do u think you have made the biggest contribution?(on which i didn't comprehend ) tell me a time when you have been a leader?. when have you been strict to a team member ? how would you work with a cynical person?

Three stages, first Submit CV and normal application. Second a long personality test where you are given about 70 statements and you have to say if you strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, strongly disagree. Similar questions for how you describe yourself. After this there is then a phone interview which is roughly the same, however, they'll ask you for more descriptive answers rather than yes/no.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Some of the phone interview questions are more descriptive so have some examples in your head that you want to use to demonstrate your strengths. However, the questions where unlike anything other interview I've had, and aren't really about the main competency's they normally ask for. some of the more basic where, are you persuasive, tell me a time you have persuaded someone. are you a leader, tell me a time you've broken bad news to someone - Even these aren't very standard
