very professional . Although took a a few months but I suppose this is a tedious process. They had several rounds starting from the first call to meeting the manager , then a psychometric evaluation . a questions based written round, police clearance as well as reference checks

very very odd. 1st call was from talent and a small over the phone get to know you.
formal interview took about an hour - one person was late. panel of 2. they ran through my resume and asked questions from there.

how well i cope with "tough men" and clients and can i handle being spoken to in a stern manner. oh, and how easily i was offended with jokes?.. also asked how i coped being in a male environment and being attractive...

Meet and greet. Overview of resume. No real insight into role. odd. I was asked why I had 3 roles in 10 years. 2 of which were contract and stated accordingly i was asked what was wrong with me. I have been in the industry for over 10 years. Not a regular interview process.

Being a woman they were concerned about if I cried at work as they had this issue and it’s caused many HR problems. They also wanted to know if I was ok being yelled at. I needed to be strong…
