The interview questions are mainly behavioral questions. So mostly a get to know you interview that was short and focused on if you were a good fit for working with kids.
Group interview with only one other candidate who was interviewing for a different location
Lots of situational questions
We had to prepare a camp game/song to present at the beginning of the interview

Entretien
The interview was super lively and welcoming. A small group of 4-7 other applicants. Not stressful at all and very informal. It was a great introduction to what it would be like working at Galileo.
