J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Galileo Learning (San Jose, CA) en mai 2012
Entretien
There was first an application, then phone interview, then the in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of a group interview and a brief one on one. There was a significant portion of mingling time and many of the camp directors there. A lot of it is just getting to know your personality type so be yourself! It's a lot of fun-I remember headbanging nervously during a skit.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How I would deal with a situation where a camper got distracted by something happening outside of the lesson parameters (a bird or something flying I think).
The group interview was fun and not stressful at all! It was really cool to hear from other potential candidates. We all had a chance to answer questions and it became more of a discussion versus interview.

Question 1
How would you handle a child who didn’t want to participate?
Group interview with 4 other people, and the hiring manager. Very friendly. Had each of us present a camp/ icebreaker activity that we came prepared with and a couple of behavioral questions. Got a response a couple of weeks after!

Not traditional interview with several candidates together, getting asked to pretend to prepare to present to young children some activities. Then each candidate presented their ideas of a fun activity. Some of the activities will be important and useful during actual camp.
