Initial call with the recruiter who set up interview with hiring manager. At the end of the interview we talked about next steps which would be traveling for an on site panel interview. After two weeks, I did not hear anything so I reached out and the recruiter said I was still being considered for the position but they don't have an update. It's been almost 6 weeks now with no update.

Set up second interview to not show up and no responses for reschedule or closing the loop. Not sure if recruiter or hiring manager dropped the ball but very unprofessional.
