First, I had an informal phone interview with the hiring manager, who old me about the position and company. Next, I went in for an interview, where I had five mini interviews with the Marketing & Brand Management Team, as well as someone from the regulatory department. The facility was nice. All of the people were wonderful and I felt really good about the company and the position!

Got ghosted after 1rst interview and received a standard rejection email 3 weeks after. Reason was I did not have a LIF certification (not requested in the ad), I would have appreciated a faster answer!
