2 entretiens/tours avec à chaque fois 2 à 3 personnes.
Très peu parlé du poste, très essentiellement de moi
Eu un retour (négatif 3 semaines après)
Bonne expérience meme si raisons du retour négatif un peu décevant

Got approached by an agency, first screen with agency then one general interview with inhouse TA and then a 2nd interview with another TA more depth on sourcing skills. After that no update for 3 weeks. Went into their ATS and saw that I was rejected without anyone reaching out to me. Additionally process took long from recruiter contact to interview it took one month.
Honestly one of the worst processes I’ve been through and doesn’t make me want to apply again to Galderma.
