Two step interview process. In-person interview followed by super day consisting of 3 consecutive interviews with employees on various teams. Overall very friendly process and the employees were very enthusiastic about their roles.

Did some networking with analysts. Got referred into a hirevue, but did not get past that. The people seem nice and passionate about crypto. Had great insights and eager to help.
