Hiring is done based on the requirement. It is mainly handled from Bangalore in India. Requirement are not very huge in Numbers and it is handled by recruitment team of the company. Company is good for salary hike, but the work culture is not balanced between personal life and work life.

Entretien
Discussed the role with a technical recruiter and they arranged a meeting with the technical interviewer for the next day. Meeting was scheduled for noon but the interviewer didn't join so they said they would reschedule. I received a call shortly after asking me if I could re-join the meeting and we could do the interview now. I agreed. Interviewer was very no-nonsense and asked a series of questions related to the role. He said he had another meeting to get to so, after about 20 minutes, we were done. He said I would hear back from the recruiter. I never heard back from the recruiter even after sending an email asking for feedback.
