The process took a month, I got a 20 minutes call first, then I was asked to complete a challenge in less than 48 hours, after that I passed to the last step where I was interviewed for 3 hours, each hour was with a different person, where they keep asking you to do different challenges again, all of this to finally ghost you and literally give no response, which implies their lack of respect to candidates and their time, very bad management and hiring process!
