      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gainsight en sept. 2021

      Entretien

      I applied online and received an interview request from a recruiter a few days later. The recruiter was honest, open and let me know that the company and culture had changed a lot since they began there 3 years ago - so much to the point that they left the company a week after our conversation. I had two more interviews about 45 minutes each after that conversation before being asked to invest another 2-3 hours in preparing for a presentation, AFTER I had taken my assessment test. Now I can understand the need for a Skills assessment in a job such as an engineer or an app developer, however no such test exists for customer success. This test, is purely meant to evaluate your personality, the way you process life and information and your behaviors; basically if you'll be a "problem" or not and how well you'll conform to company values. I let the team know at this point I was not interested in moving forward as Gainsight didn't seem like a good fit for me. I never heard from anyone again after I sent that email; no follow up about regrets about my not feeling positive about moving forward, no questions about why I DIDN'T want to move forward or what reservations I had, nothing. Actually not nothing - it was confirmation it was the exact kind of company and culture I do not want to be a part of.
