After the screening, Vista requires a Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test and a personality test. A presentation was needed as well. Found the process fair and quick. Met with the recruiter, a team member, the hiring manager, and the CEO. This was in the midst of a lot of change, so some of the folks I interviewed with were actually leaving which made things tricky.
