I was offered an interview via email almost immediately after applying. My interview was then cancelled the day before it was due to take place as they had accepted another candidate instead. Unprofessional hiring process - offering a candidate the role before completing all planned interviews. Wasted lots of time preparing just for a last minute cancellation.
