Interview with architect then they give an assessment and told me that they will pay for the assessment according to the current salary because the assessment was full flash project.
They never pay for the assessment nor give you update about the application status.

Their interview process is easy but invite lots of engineers for single position like we are in race, I got rejected in final interview.
first - technical round with networking question, second - ask about previous experience system design related questions , 3rd with product - easy questions of product related experience.

Plain and simple . they jump directly to questions and then there are no levels of interview like no easy , medium or expert type of levels, So thats that and its a bit difficult to understand the interviewer.
