I got the first interview call within a week. It initiated with a short technical interview. After qualifying it, I was called for another round of discussion at Gaditek with the Senior Software Developer. The questions were related to OOP, Database, Design Patterns and other Logical Questions. The process was followed by a one week paid trial at their office, after which an interview was conducted with the HR Director for final offer. The whole process took almost 3 weeks to complete.
