Group interview and I was interviewed along with another candidate. First red flag was that the interviewers were late. They spent about 10 minutes asking the standard interview questions (Why do you want to work here? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?). They then spent the next hour or so giving a meaningless presentation about company values and culture. Also dangled carrots like free breakfast and how you can get employee shares if you stay with them for a certain period of time and hit KPIs. Salary offered was far below market rate. Honestly, don't bother with this company.
