Thanks for sharing your experience. We're a young growing company and just starting our hiring for scale. We have a very small team in SF, where this interview took place. We are a performance culture with a small tight nit family culture. These comments are not what was said by our team but what the candidate chose to hear. This candidate unfortunately was not a fit, the presentation and style just did not match up to the basic standards required. This candidate was not offered a role and is retaliating. We interviewed 20+ candidates for this role and most said this was the best process they have been through. Regardless, we will take this feedback and get better on how we interact and run our hiring process. Our standards and expectations will remain but the way we communicate and treat candidates will be reviewed and evolved! Onward!
