      Entretien

First stage was a screening phone call with an internal recruiter who asked about my experience and interest in the role and provided me with insight into the company, team and role, as well as details of salary, benefits and hybrid working arrangements. The recruiter was very friendly and supportive. I was then invited to a first stage interview and sent a useful candidate pack setting out what to expect at future stages and a bit of info on company culture and benefits. The first stage video interview was with the hiring manager and another team member. I was asked about my experience, given details about the role and team and asked skill-based questions. The interview felt open and friendly and I had the opportunity to ask questions. The next stage involved a take-home task which I was to present in the final stage interview to about five team members, including hiring managers, on a video call. The task required quite a bit of work but had clear instructions and directly related to the role I was applying for. Again, it felt friendly and informal, with the first half being for the presentation and second half for questions from the team about my experience, skills and approach to work. I had to stay on the video call after the interview ended for a follow-up chat with two culture champions. The purpose of this call was to assess cultural fit and for me to be able to ask questions about the company to people outside of the hiring team. I found this to be a nice part of the process. The recruiter let me know the outcome over the phone very shortly after. Each stage was very clear and the process moved swiftly but with enough time between interviews to prep. I was kept updated and supported by the talent team at each stage with phone calls and emails where they offered feedback, resources and info on next steps. They have clearly put a lot of effort into their recruitment processes and care about their candidates. Overall it was a great experience.
