Applied online; was contacted for a phone interview. During scheduled time, chatted for 30 minutes. Interviewer seemed inexperienced and unsure of herself. Said she would discuss all candidates with colleague and be in touch re: next steps. Never heard back either way, which is a disappointing way to treat interviewees.

I had to follow up with a phone call after I had not received a response to my cover letter and resume. I contacted an acquaintance who worked there and who actually turned out to be the hiring manager. She had an idea of what my skills were at my current (at the time) job. She made sure that I was scheduled for an interview.

Contacted my a employee to set up phone screening via email. She missed the interview and apologized wanting to set up an appointment the next day. Was very unprofessional as I confirmed with her and she never called me as scheduled or followed up. Insulted, and wouldn't consider working with them. One of the worst experiences as a job applicant
