It was horrible experience, in the first round the person in the panel has very little knowledge on the IT roles. He was not aware of Technical Lead responsibilities. He thinks technical lead means manager and don't know coding. I am not sure what are the responsibilities of Gspan technical leads, do they know coding or only manage the team???

Digital Marketing Technical Lead - The question was based on Adobe Analytics, GA, implementation, Tag Management, Reporting, and Social Media Analysis. I had 3 rounds of Interviews. HR was very professional and they released the offer letter on time.
