GSK has a very robust interview curriculum; each interview stage usually has more than one person on the call so they can evaluate you and compare your graded rubric. I met with the recruiter, hiring manager, and other lateral leadership on the team I was interviewing for and that helped me gain perspectives and draw on questions in my interview.
