After a screening interview with a recruiter, I was asked to complete the 4-hrs coding assignment. 4 hours non-stop solving 4 coding tasks: 2 of easy level and 2 of medium level (if take LeetCode as reference), although I would say 1 easy, 2 medium and 1 hard level... anyway, after 2.5 hours I solved 2.5 problems and decided that that's enough for me. IMO it is ridiculous to put a candidate under that amount of stress
