Entretien
First assessment was a day in the life at GSK, this consisted of responding and ranking 5 choices on how to respond to a given scenario when working at GSK.
Then there was a job simulation day, this was an online assessment where you had 15 questions, each question specifying the type of response needed. These questions required other a video response questions, multiple choice questions, ranking questions etc.
The final assessment was a technical skills test in order to assess my ability to code and work with programming languages. The technical test does accommodate for a variety of languages for you to select one that you're familiar with.

Question 1
You have just received the latest results for a drug you and your team have been working on for the last 3 months. The findings conclude that the drug is not as effective as previously thought when compared to the drugs used today. How do you address your team in response to the results and how do you approach these findings moving forward?

Entretien
After applying they ask you to do a series of online assessments, no preparation required except a bit of programming practice for the coding assessment on HackerRank. Afterwards there was an assessment centre where a presentation needed to be prepared and some brushing up on general data science knowledge is recommended. Otherwise fairly straightforward and simple process.

Question 1
There were rounds of exercises which revolved going over some data and answering questions based on the data, or asking questions to find out more. There was also a section where we had to come up with a campaign to increase awareness for a drug. We also had to do a strengths interview that asked more personal and open questions. Finally a technical interview that revolved a lot around simple data science principles.
