I went for an assessment centre. This consisted in a group activity and 2 interviews. For the group activity we (3 candidates) had to read the presentation of a new product and discuss together the missing information. The two intervies were about skills and strength and technical knowledge.

Everyone involved in the process was very friendly and happy to help answer any questions I had. Despite not getting the role, they provided feedback about why which was very useful.
