Entretien
Did the personality test and after passing, moved to psychometric tests. The tests lasted 20 minutes each and there were 3 tests. Time was hard to manage especially if you got stuck on a question. After passing, I moved onto video interviewing which is designed to short-list candidates. Did not make it past the video interview. There was a mix of competency questions and technical questions which caught me off-guard.

Watch videos and complete a series of questions similar to situational judgement type questions,as well as numerical questions. And then at the next stage recorded interview questions, sj questions and numerical questions.

The interview process was three steps: Leadership Survey, Online Job Simulation, In person interview at assessment center (onsite interview). Took about 3 months to get through the whole process and get my offer.

The entire process took 4 -5 weeks. Initial application was done online, 4-7 days letter invited for test, 7-10 days after passing test was invited for phone interview (found out 2 weeks after phone interview). Review questions on this website, everything written is pretty accurate.
