I had 2 phone interviews and 1 face to face interview. GSK likes to have at least 2 people that say yes before they hire you. My boss spoke about the role before he asked me about my experiences. GSK play a huge emphasis on their values. So do pay attention to that.

They tend to ask situational questions. Like given a certain scenario, how would u react and what would you do. I believe this is a HR policy/practice as my boss told me that he had to run through this and to bear with him.
