- Online tests (Value fit, Numerical Reasoning, Verbal reasoning, 2 days to take each. Seems an automatic step after submitting the application)
- Motivational questions (2 x 300 words, Why are you enthusiast of the programme, Why GSK? No time limit to complete it)

What interests you about this programme? How can you leverage your skills to be successful in this field? Why does the Healthcare industry is appealing to you? What makes you willing to work for GKS?
I applied for the Clinical programming & Data Sciences R&D Future Leaders Programme. The application process is split into 5 sections. 1) application form 2) world of GSK assessment, where they see your value 3) GSK life assessment, where you go through scenarios and respond with a mixture of interactive and video responses 4) Hackerrank, where they assess your technical skills 5) assessment centre
I had the online simulation, went through a few situation questions, some calculation, write a summary and then some standard consulting questions. they only give you a short time to record each video, so that could be quite stressful
