I was asked first ask to complete a pre-interview survey which pretty much asked a ton of questions all wanting to know if you use illegal drugs or would steal from the company. Then they invited me for a phone interview. After responding and not hearing back for a week, I wrote again, only to receive an email stating they had already hired for the position. I'm in HR; I can't believe they would invite a candidate for any kind of interview and then never email them to say the position had already been filled. This company sounds completely unprofessional.
