I submitted my application online and was called for the initial contact. I was interviewed by the HR Representative by telephone and set up for an interview in person after hours with the VP (this was at my request; I was employed at the time). The interview lasted approximately an hour. It was just the two of us in his office and we discussed my work history and his needs for the department. The interview was casual and left me with the impression that the company would also be on the casual side. I was offered the job within a few days after the interview.
