I spoke to the senior sales director and another regional sales manager. Typical questions, pleasant exchange. I did not hear back and reached out and was told they were still 'in the hiring process'. After that no further updates and now the job has been filled.

Due to COVID, the interview was over the phone. I spoke with one of the founders of the company and he was very engaging. He really read through my resume before beginning the interview, so it was nice that he was familiar with my experience and able to lead the call in an effective way.
