Applied for a Senior Software Test Engineer position in February 2024, got a recruiter call scheduled one week later. I had a great conversation with the recruiter and they let me know the next steps and that I'm a great fit and they'll be connecting me to the director and hiring manager and other team members to get the interview process going forward but unfortunately like the other reviews here mentioned, got completely ghosted by the recruiter. No response to my follow-up emails or my LinkedIn in-mail. Being ghosted like this is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates time. My impression of GRAIL recruitment process has dropped steeply.
