Applied for the role and scheduled a phone screening interview with a recruiter. I had taken time out of my schedule to attend and prep however when the time came for the interview the recruiter no-showed me. There was no email to explain, no follow up, nothing. So unprofessional and such a waste of time, no excuse for this kind of behaviour.
